Wesley Grace is Managing Partner at Seacap Advisors. Mr. Grace has more than 25 years of experience serving businesses and financial institutions on capital raising, merger & acquisition, and valuation assignments. He has acted as financial advisor in merger & acquisition transactions with aggregate value over $2 billion and with capital placements with aggregate value over $5 billion. Mr. Grace received his M.B.A. in Finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University; and he received his B.B.A. in Finance from the Ole Miss.

Matt Johnson, CPA

Partner

Matt Johnson, CPA is a Partner at Seacap Advisors. Prior to joining Seacap, he was Chief Financial Officer for a Private Equity backed regional healthcare company. Johnson began his career in banking, performing transaction analysis on acquisition prospects, and working with clients to help them achieve their strategic objectives. Johnson is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) with the AICPA and sits on the Board of West Cancer Foundation and the West Tennessee Advisory Board for Youth Villages.

Johnson received his bachelor’s degree from Christian Brothers University and his graduate degree from the University of Mississippi.

Bob King, a founding principal of Seacap Advisors, brings over 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions to create value for his clients. Bob is an integral part of Seacap’s process-oriented approach to match buyers and sellers of privately-owned businesses. An entrepreneur at heart, Bob has a passion for buying, selling,  and building client’s companies. After beginning his career as an engineer with Westinghouse, Bob was President of Senior Achievement, Inc, Marketing Techniques, Inc., and Acquisition Management Services, Inc. Bob received a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Waldrup Brown

Waldrup Brown, a founding principal of Seacap Advisors, leads the management advisory practice of the firm. Waldrup leverages his wealth of contacts and experiences to assist clients with financial re-structuring and strategic guidance. After beginning his financial services career with Union Planters National Bank, Waldrup spent more than 20 years in all aspects of banking from retail to commercial lending, including his role as President of First Citizens Bank in Hohenwald, TN. He served as Financial Services Coordinator for Sedgwick James and was Director of Loan Administration for Nafco Holding Company. Prior to the formation of Seacap, he was  Head of Debt Placement for Brookfield & Company. Waldrup received his Bachelor of Science from the University of the South.
